INT022ATFT is an embedded display driver board based on our 2.2 inch 240 x 320 RGB resolution TFT display module. Mounted on the embedded board is the RAIO RA8872 LCD controller that offers the following features and benefits:

  • Embedded 10Kb Character ROM per ISO8859 - 1/2/3/4 with cursor
  • Screen display rotation
  • Font vertical rotation

  • Font enlargement x1, x2, x3, x4, horizontal or vertical

  • Auto-initialization
  • Embedded PWM control and LED driving circuit for backlight
